1.- Buyer sends LOI / ICPO to seller.

2.- The seller or agent sends SCO / FCO to the buyer to confirm the order.

2- PRODUCT

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - 100% Spanish origin.  

Of superior category obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical procedures.

Olive variety: Cornicabra, Picual and Arbequina. 

3- TASTING NOTES

Fruity oil with a delicate almond and apple flavor. Medium values of bitter and spicy, with a balanced mix of aromas and flavors.

4- LABELING 

 According to Spanish regulations and with all the necessary certifications by CE.

5- STORAGE

In a cool place, away from any source of light or heat.

6- BEST BEFORE DATE

 One year from the date of packaging.

7- PACKAGING

1- Glass container from 250 ml to 1,000 ml.

2- PET bottle containers in 1, 2 and 3 liters.

8- CHARACTERISTICS

1.- Quotation for extra virgin olive oil, blending different olives to obtain aromas and a very balanced flavor (A.O.V.E.).

2.- VAT and taxes not included (exempt companies with registration in VIES or not EU)

3.- European fumigated pallets

9- FORM OF PAYMENT

1.- EXWORK.

Bank transfer, 50 % signature of the contract and 50% upon verification of the departure from our warehouses.

2.- CIF.

SBLC / DLC, 100% Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible at sight of a bank with AAA rating.

10- LICENSES AT DESTINATION:

Buyer will be responsible for import requirements and licenses at destination.

11- NOTICE:

THIS PROCEDURE IS GENERIC AND MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DEPENDING ON THE SELLER.
